Can I return or exchange a purchased item?
Much of our products are customized and made specifically for each customer, so it is difficult to replace or return the product.
However, we invite you to send us an email to find the most suitable solution.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped in a maximum of 5 business days.
Can I have you apply the graphics?
Yes, just send us the motorcycle plastics, helmet or jersey and our team will provide the application.
- for the motorcycle kit the cost is € 30.00

What materials do you use?
All of our adhesive graphics are made from one of the best materials for motocross graphics on the market, plus "bubble free" technology facilitates bubble-free application.
How do I prepare the bike or helmet for sticker application?
Before applying any of our adhesive products we recommend cleaning the surface well with water, degreasers, thinner or acetone being careful not to leave the surface dirty or oily.
Do not use soap and water to apply our stickers, it will only complicate your work.
Why did my graphics get ruined right away?
Our sticker kits are not eternal, like you we also go to the track and we know what wear and tear our products are subjected to.
Usually fast wear and tear of graphics can be given by:
- an incorrect application of adhesives
- graphics mounted on a surface that is not well cleaned
- ruined clothing (if you use knee pads with broken pants the graphics will be ruined sooner)
However, please send us an email see if we can solve the problem together.
Can I use the bike immediately after applying the graphics?
We recommend waiting 24h before using the bike after applying the graphics so that the glue will act well.
Can I order individual pieces of the graphics?
Certainly, we give the opportunity to purchase the parts of our kits individually, just send us an email and we will provide the individual parts.

Yes, of course! Send us the graphic design in vector format to info@monkeygraphics.it and we will send you related costs, production timing and delivery method.
